How can I share what I’ve learned from reports?
TrendFlow does not allow sharing or distribution of full reports or logins published on our site. Feel free to share certain snippets or lines of our research reports, raw data, and/or any knowledge acquired within your company and with outside associates. However, when you do so, we ask that you cite TrendFlow and add our company logo on any document pages published.
Can I print reports for offline reading?
Yes. Our subscribers acknowledge that the contents of the TrendFlow reports are copyrighted by thinktourism. They are a result of hard work from our expert thinktourism team which strives to build a sustainable business and keep providing you with the latest industry achievements. We hope you’ll support us in our mission.
Purchase and Billing
What types of payment do we accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal payment.
How can I obtain a receipt from my purchase?
You will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail right after the purchase.
What happens at the end of my annual subscription?
All individual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of your subscription period. If the billing information is up-to-date, the annual fee will be automatically charged and your subscription will continue. If you wish to cancel your annual subscription, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org 30 days before your renewal date.
Can I change plans or cancel my subscription?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via email@example.com. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 60 days of your subscription year, thinktourism will refund 10% of your total payment. You will continue to have the same access and benefits for all reports published before the effective cancellation date.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
Changes to content or access?
We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund. If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
